I'm currently an IT Associate at Doeren Mayhew, where I provide enterprise IT support across Microsoft 365, Intune, hybrid Active Directory, and endpoint management. I enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, improving user experiences, and helping employees stay productive through reliable technology.
My background also includes software development, audio engineering, and equipment repair. Across each of those roles, the through line has been the same: understand the system, isolate the problem, and build a solution that works reliably.
